Part 1) “Grace”

30 Clean & Jerks
*This will be ran in heats. Once everyone has completed “Grace” we will start part 2 (see 7/9/18 for re-testing)

Part 2) Teams of 3
75-50-25 Double Unders
25-20-15 Wall Balls
20-15-10 Deadlifts (225/155)
15-10-5 Burpees
10-5-5 Muscle Ups (Bar or Ring, scale to C2B Pull Ups)

*Move through follow the leader style. You must maintain the order of the teammates. You cannot move ahead of the person in front of you. You must perform the required number of reps at each movement before moving on. All 3 teammates can work at the same time once teammate 1 gets to the first set of deadlifts.
