We will be implementing our Summer Schedule effective this Monday, July 13th. There are a few changes we feel everyone will benefit everyone!
-There will no longer be a 7:30 PM class on Tuesdays & Thursdays
-There will no longer be a 5:30 AM, 6:30 AM, 9:30 AM, and 12:00 PM class on Thursdays
-We will be putting our Competition Class on hold for the Summer as we know people’s lives can get pretty busy!
-We will only one 9:00 AM class on Sundays
-On Thursdays we are adding Open Gym from 9:30 AM – 10:30 AM and 3:30 PM – 6:30 PM
-On Thursdays we are also adding a Gymnastics & Mobility Class with Coach Cris from 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM. This class will dedicate an hour to learning and progressing through all the gymnastics movements as well as teach important lessons on mobility and recovery.
-Thursdays will now be a great day to do any workouts you missed or any you will miss, as we will provide Fridays WOD early for those that can do it on Thursday and not Friday.
-This is also a chance to incorporate a rest day during the week. CrossFit is intense, and you have to make sure your listening to your body!
-Thursdays will be a great time to work on skills and drills that need work or maybe some extra work that we can’t always fit into an hour class.
