Try and make as many classes as you can. In any fitness program, it is important to establish baseline numbers to work with for future workouts, strength cycles and specific machines we often use such as rower. This is also how we track progress and things we should improve on. Plus testing lifts and workouts is really fun and changes things up a bit!
