So you haven’t done CrossFit before? No Problem! Fill out the form below to try a class for free! Come and see what we are all about… Ready to join? Then sign up for our On-Ramp program to lean the fundamentals of CrossFit in a small class setting.

New To CrossFit? Then our On-Ramp program is the easiest way to get started!

What is On-Ramp?

The on-ramp program is an opportunity for new individuals to learn the fundamentals of CrossFit in a small class setting. Groups will consist of no more then 10 athletes led by one of our experienced and very knowledgeable coaches. You will graduate with a basic understanding of the CrossFit methodology including the fundamental movements, proper warm-ups and cool-downs, nutrition and mobility.

When is On-Ramp Offered?

Classes are held Monday and Wednesday from 6:30-7:30 pm, and Friday from 5:30-6:30 pm on the 1st and 3rd week of every month.

How Many Sessions?

The on-ramp program includes 6 total sessions over 2 weeks. Monday and Wednesday from 6:30-7:30 pm, and Friday from 5:30-6:30 pm.

What does it Cost?

The on-ramp program is only $99. After you graduate the on-ramp program you will join our regular CrossFit classes at a time on our schedule that is convenient for you.

How do I Sign Up?
