Getting Started is Easy!
New to CrossFit? Then our on-ramp program is the best way to get started.
What is On-Ramp? The on-ramp program is an opportunity for new individuals to learn the fundamentals of CrossFit in a small class setting. Groups will consist of no more then 10 athletes led by one of our experienced and very knowledgeable coaches. You will graduate with a basic understanding of the CrossFit methodology including the fundamental movements, proper warm-ups and cool-downs, nutrition and mobility.
When is On-Ramp Offered? Classes are held Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday at 6:30-7:30 pm, and Friday at 5:30-6:30 pm on the 1st and 3rd week of every month.
How Many Sessions? The on-ramp program includes 4 total sessions over 1 week. Monday, Tuesday, and Wedneday at 6:30-7:30 pm, and Friday at 5:30-6:30 pm.
What does it Cost? The on-ramp program is only $99. After you graduate the on-ramp program you will join our regular CrossFit classes at a time on our schedule that is convenient for you. We also discount your first month to $100 for unlimited CrossFit classes.
