-Warm up to your starting weight
-Perform 1 x 20 Reps

Build to a heavy complex
1 Power Clean + 1 Hang Power Clean

-Before each weight attempted, you must complete:
8 Strict Handstand Push (scale as needed)
10 Kettlebell Swings (53/35)

-First attempt must start @ 50% of 1rm.
Build anyway you want from there up to a max.
