Due to our coaches attending and competing at the Catalyst Games in Rochester, we will be holding Open Gym from 9:00 am – 11:00 am this Saturday, August 10th. There will be no classes. We will have a team workout posted, or you can do your own thing. We apologize for any inconvenience!
