For those of you attending the athlete assessment tomorrow evening (1/15) at 6:30 PM, there are a few things to keep in mind. You cannot workout before the assessment, as this will make your readings inaccurate. You must stay well hydrated throughout the day as well. If you want to workout in the morning and come back just for the assessment, that is fine.
This will be on a first come first serve basis, so those that signed up first will go first and so on. After you have had your Body Fat % and Blood Pressure taken, you will then perform a basic endurance test called “Baseline.” For time: 500 meter row – 40 air squats – 30 ab mat sit ups – 20 push ups – 10 pull ups
This will be ran in heats of 4, and will run this workout through the 6:30 PM and 7:30 PM classes.
You will be responsible for recording your measurements and times, so that when we re-test, you can track your progress.
