Hey Guys! Thanks again for coming to the athlete assessment last night. Ran a little longer than expected but overall got done what needed to be done. So thanks for your patience.
With that being said, we have to make sure we use this information and stay committed. You cannot improve your numbers (body fat %, blood pressure) if you don’t stay consistent in the gym as well as with your nutrition. How you eat is going to be a huge part in meeting your fitness goals.
We will re-test these measurements and times within the next 5 months to track progress. Don’t get to our next assessment wishing you had done things better (eating clean, or staying consistent with your workouts). Make the changes now, and stick with it. You will be glad you did.
