Partner 1: Max Calorie Assault Bike -or- Row
Partner 2 & 3 AMRAP of:
10 Wall Balls
10 Burpees
10 Toes to Bar

*Switch on and off assault bike and rower however. Movements are done leap frog style

(Rest 2:00 at halfway point and team must use alternate machine)
