15 Kettlebell Swings (53/35)
1 Front Squat (135/95) 



Partner 2: Rests

*Partners will switch and complete the following while adding one rep onto the front squats every round. One round is completed when both partners finish the sequence.
**Athlete can choose either either row or assault bike on any given round to complete their 10 calories.
