25 Minute AMRAP
150 Wall Balls (20/14)
150 Kettlebell Swings

Partner 1 will perform wall balls while partner 2 rows 250 m. Partner 1 may perform up to 25 reps while partner 2 rows, however if they drop the ball at any point during their set they may not complete anymore reps and must hold a plank position until Partner 2 finishes rowing. Once partner 2 completes 250 m they switch and partner 2 performs wallballs while partner 1 rows in the same fashion.

KB Swings will be performed in the same manner, however the other partner will be running 200 m instead of rowing, and a plank will still be held if the set is broken before the partner returns.
