*Partner 1 rows 27 cals as fast as possible, once completed they transition to burpees and perform as many burpees as possible while partner 2 rows 27 calories. Partner 3 rests until partner 2 completes their row and transitions to ME burpee while partner 3 rows 27 calories. Partner 1 rest. Continue pattern all the way through for time and for total burpees completed.

Assault Air Bike Calories (w/ ME Rope Climbs)
*Partner 1 bikes 27 cals as fast as possible, once completed they transition to Rope Climbs and perform as many Rope Climbs as possible while partner 2 bikes 27 calories. Partner 3 rests until partner 2 completes their bike and transitions to ME Rope Climbs while partner 3 bikes 27 calories. Partner 1 rest.
