A.) 10 Minute AMRAP
-Double Kettlebell Front Rack Lunge (53/35) (30 yd)
-max rep Double Unders
* Partner 1 performs 30-yds of FRWL while Partner 2 performs as many double-unders as possible until Partner 1 completes the lunges. Then partners switch and Partner 1 double-unders while Partner 2 lunges. Score is total rounds and total Double unders completed.

B.) 10 Minute AMRAP 
-20 Toes-to-Bar
-max rep Row Calories
* Partner 1 performs 20 TTB while Partner 2 rows as many calories as possible until Partner 1 completes all 20. Then switch and Partner 1 rows while Partner 2 does TTB. Score is rounds completed and total calories rowed.

C.) 10 Minute AMRAP
-20 Push Press (115/75)
-max rep Assault Bike Calories
* Partner 1 performs 20 Push Presses while partner 2 bikes as many calories as possible until partner 1 completes all 20. Then switch and Partner 1 bikes while partner 2 push presses. Score is rounds completed and total calories biked.
