WOD: 8 AM
Teams of 2:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 mins of:
16 Front Rack Lunges (115/75)
16 Toes-to-Bar
8 Power Cleans (115/75)
16 Front Rack Lunges 
16 Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups
8 Power Cleans

WOD: 9 AM (all registered Open athletes only)
*Heats for this workout will be ran every 15 minutes on a first come first serve basis. Athletes can show up anytime between 9 am and 10:30 to complete the workout.

12 Minute AMRAP
2 Rounds of:
Dumbbell Front Rack Walking Lunge (50/35) (50 ft.)
16 Toes-to-Bar
8 Dumbbell Power Cleans (50/35)
– then – 
2 Rounds of:
Dumbbell Front Rack Walking Lunge (50/35) (50 ft.)
16 Bar Muscle-ups
8 Dumbbell Power Cleans (50/35)
etc…
(alternating between toes-to-bar and bar muscle-ups every 2 rounds. Every 5-foot interval of the 50-ft, represents 1 rep of the lunge)
