3 Rounds For Time of:

400 m Run (Both)
Athlete 1:
15 Clean & Jerks (135/95)

Athlete 2:
21 Kettlebell Swings (53/35)
12 Pull-ups

*Once athletes come back from 400 run together, Athlete 1 will complete 15 C&J’s while Athlete 2 completes 21 KB Swings and 12 Pull Ups. Athletes will then switch and complete the opposite movements. This will equal 1 round. Cannot start next round until both athletes complete both sections.
