20 Double KB Front Rack Lunges (53/35)

Bench Press: Increase load over 5 sets, or maintain same challenging load throughout. Aim for 70-85%
Strict Pull Ups: Don’t need to be unbroken, but in as few sets as possible. Use hardest scaling option (smallest band, added weight vest, etc)
Double FR KB Lunge: 10 steps per leg, walking
