CrossFit Kids will be offered every Thursday from 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM.
CrossFit Kids is a method for teaching CrossFit to children ages 5-12. CrossFit Kids is a strength and conditioning program that is specifically designed for kids and teenagers and helps them develop a life long love of fitness. In a group setting, kids participate in fun and engaging workouts and games that deliver measurable results and prepare them to be well rounded individuals.
CrossFit Kids is meant to be BIG fun for all ages.
– We provide an active alternative to sedentary pursuits, which means less childhood obesity and all-around better health for our children.
– The program is scalable for any age or experience level and accounts for the varied maturation status one can find in a class full of kids.
