ME OHS (RX: 95/65, S: 65/35) [P2]

*While P1 runs 200 m, P2 performs as many OHS as possible and P3 performs as many TTB as possible until P1 returns, and all partners advance to the next mov’t. Run -> OHS -> TTB
**1 barbell per team. All members must do same weight (if it’s “too light” for someone, they should be able to do more reps, quicker)
